After an amazing experience in Pamukkale we were ready to head to Kas which is a town by the sea. We headed off in the morning after breakfast and it was the coldest day we had had so far.
Surprisingly, as we were driving along the road out of Pamukkale we saw a light snowfall outside! We stopped the car and went outside to get a closer look! We thought that it was so amazing and incredible!
But as we continued to drive up a mountain it started to snow even harder and we saw snow covering the tress and ground, we got so many photos!
When we continued up the road though, we had to turn around and go back down the mountain because the road was covered in ice!
We went up a different mountain range and went outside at a lookout. We tried to make a snowman but the snow was so cold we couldn't touch it without hurting our hands 🥶.
We also had a snowball fight and my dad hit me in the back of my neck!
This was a really magical day, and also one of the first times I have ever seen snow up close 🤷♀️
I hope that I get to see this much snow again!!!

I can hardly imagine it being that cold Ruby. The last time I drove through snow was by mt Lyford and very beautiful too. It makes everything look so special doesn't it? It also reminds me of Arthurs Pass in the snow. The photos are lovely. Like a northern hemisphere christmas.
Welcome to the Northern Hemisphere Ruby 😀. What fun - sorry your hands were too cold to make a snowman - but a snowball fight is such fun - even if your Dad got you in the back. Never mind next time 🤣🤣
