Sighisoara Old Town

While we were at Sighisoara we visited the Old Town a few times. It is very pretty with lots of churches and towers. We completed an online hunt around the town, chased clues to different destinations and learned history as we went. 

The old town was surrounded by a tall wall with towers connected to it. There were seven towers each one was protected by  different guilds. Guilds are different types of craft such as blacksmiths, carpenters or weavers. 

While on the hunt we went to many of the towers and learnt a little about the craft there. There was usually a question about the tower or monument that we were at on the app that we were using. We would find the answer, it would have been something about the place, and then we enter in the answer. If it's right we move on to the next clue. 

It was really fun and I had a great time! The clues were really interesting and the questions were all very different to each other. The old town was really beautiful too and the churches were stunning!
